How can we help?
Quick answers below. Still stuck? Email us and a human will reply, usually within a day.

How do I start a party?
Open juggernog.lol/tv on the screen everyone can see and sign in (a TV shows a code you approve on your phone). Press OK to start, and the lobby shows a room code and QR code for everyone to join.
How do players join?
On their phones: scan the QR code on the TV, or go to juggernog.lol/play and type the four-letter room code. They pick a name and a character and they’re in. No app or account needed.
Who is the VIP?
The first player to join gets the crown 👑. The VIP picks the game and can change party settings, lock the room or pass the crown from the ⚙ button on their phone.
What screens work as the TV?
Any modern browser: a smart TV’s browser, a laptop or computer connected to the TV, screen mirroring (AirPlay, Chromecast) or our Fire TV app. A laptop on its own works great for small groups.
Do I need to download anything?
No. Players never do, and the host doesn’t have to either: open juggernog.lol/tv in any browser on the big screen. Here’s the easiest way for each setup:
- Fire TV (Fire OS): our Fire TV app (optional), or the Silk browser.
- Smart TV with a web browser (Samsung, LG and others): open the TV’s browser and go to juggernog.lol/tv.
- Roku, Apple TV, Google TV or a newer Fire TV Stick (Vega OS): plug in a laptop with an HDMI cable, cast a Chrome tab to a Chromecast, or mirror a Mac with AirPlay.
- No TV? A laptop screen works fine for a small group.
Playing
A phone lost its connection. Is it out?
No. Phones reconnect by themselves when they wake up or get signal back, with their seat and score kept. Just open the same browser tab again.
There’s no sound on the TV.
Browsers only allow sound after you interact with the page, so press OK (or click) on the TV screen once. Check the TV’s volume and that the tab isn’t muted.
Can we play with people in other places?
Yes. Share the TV screen on a video call; everyone joins on their own phone. Phones don’t need to be on the same Wi-Fi.
Is OpenParty family friendly?
Yes, by default. The optional 18+ switch in the lobby mixes in cheekier questions and prompts; it’s off in every new room. Wisecrack answers and Sketchy drawings come from your players, so choose your crowd.
Hosting, plans and billing
Do players need to pay?
Never. Only the host needs a Party Pass or OpenParty+.
When does my Party Pass start?
Its 24 hours start when you open your first party lobby, not when you buy it. Extra passes wait their turn.
How do I cancel or change my plan?
From your account, choose Manage billing. You can cancel, switch between monthly and yearly, update your card and download receipts there.
Can I get a refund?
If something went wrong, email support@juggernog.lol within 14 days of your purchase and we’ll make it right.
How many TVs can I use?
Sign in on as many screens as you like. One account can run two parties at the same time. You can sign devices out from your account page.
I paid but my account doesn’t show it.
Sign in with the same email you used at checkout. If it still doesn’t show after a few minutes, email us your receipt and we’ll sort it out.
