Billing questions
Do players need to pay or sign up?
Never. Only the person hosting on the TV needs a pass or plan. Everyone else joins free from their phone’s browser.
When do my Party Pass hours start?
When you open your first party lobby, not when you buy. Buy it early; your 24 hours wait until you need them. Need more time? Another pass starts when you open a new party after the current pass expires.
Can I use my plan on more than one TV?
Yes. Sign in on as many screens as you like (pair a TV with a code from your phone). One account can run two parties at the same time.
How do I cancel OpenParty+?
From your account page, choose Manage billing and cancel. You keep hosting until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and you won’t be charged again.
Can I get a refund?
If something went wrong with your party, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we’ll make it right.
Is checkout secure?
Payments are handled by Stripe, a payment provider used by millions of businesses. Your card details go straight to Stripe and never touch our servers.
Do you have promo codes?
Sometimes! If you have one, enter it on the Stripe checkout page.
