Privacy policy

Last updated October 15, 2026

Juggernog runs juggernog.lol and OpenParty. We collect as little as we can to run the games and your account. We don’t sell your data, and there are no ads or ad trackers on the site.

Players

Players don’t make accounts. When you join a party, the name and character you choose, and what you type or draw during the games, are sent to our game server and shown to the others in that party. The game state lives in server memory and is deleted when the room closes. Audio recordings made by the announcer have the separate retention period below. Your phone keeps a small reconnect token in its browser storage so you can rejoin after a dropped connection.

Hosts (account holders)

  • Your email address, to sign you in and to send sign-in codes and important account messages.
  • Purchase records: which pass or plan you have and when it runs out. Website payments are handled by Stripe; Amazon Appstore purchases are handled by Amazon. We store Amazon purchase references and an Amazon account identifier to verify and restore purchases, prevent duplicate claims, and check renewals and refunds. We never see or store your full card number. Your payment provider’s privacy policy applies to the payment details you give them.
  • Signed-in devices: when each browser or TV signed in and was last used, so you can review and sign them out.

The announcer

To read lines aloud, the TV sends their text (questions, prompts and, in some lines, player names and answers) to ElevenLabs, our text-to-speech provider. Generated audio, which may include player names or answers, is cached on our server for up to 30 days, with expired files removed by daily cleanup. Cached lines can play without another provider request during that period. The provider processes the submitted text under its own privacy policy.

Other services we use

  • Resend delivers our sign-in emails.
  • Stripe processes website payments and subscriptions.
  • Amazon processes Amazon Appstore purchases and verifies purchase receipts.
  • ElevenLabs generates the announcer’s voice.

Our servers keep technical logs (such as IP addresses) to prevent abuse and keep the service secure.

Cookies and storage

We use an essential cookie to keep you signed in. You verify your email before purchasing a plan. Browser storage remembers your player name, character and seat in a party. No advertising or analytics cookies.

How long we keep things

Game state: until the room closes. Announcer audio: up to 30 days plus the daily cleanup interval. Sign-in codes expire after 15 minutes; expired authentication records are removed by daily cleanup. Signed-in devices: until they sign out or expire (a month for browsers, a year for TVs). Account and purchase records: while your account is open, and afterwards as long as the law requires for tax and accounting.

Your choices and rights

You can sign out devices from your account page, and ask us to access, correct, export or delete your data by emailing support@juggernog.lol. Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or CCPA) you may have further rights, including complaining to your data protection authority.

To request account deletion, email us from the address used for your Juggernog account with the subject “Delete my Juggernog account”. To keep your account and delete particular data, tell us which data you want removed instead. We may verify ownership before processing your request. Records required for tax, accounting or resolving payment disputes may be retained; other account data is removed. Deleting your account does not cancel an Amazon subscription: cancel renewal separately in Amazon Memberships & Subscriptions.

Children

Accounts and purchases are for adults. Hosts choose who joins their private party. Players can submit display names, answers and drawings; avoid including personal information in these fields. The optional 18+ mode is off by default.

Changes

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we’ll update the date above and let account holders know.
